On-Hand Cocktails: White Lady

The White Lady may look like a delicate cocktail, but she is a strong little lady! Enjoy this simple yet classy beverage , even add a drop of lemon for a sour, summer flavor.

2 oz gin
1 egg white
1 oz light cream
1 tsp superfine sugar

Fill a shaker half-way with ice cubes.
Combine all of the ingredients in the shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Serve!
