A drink that tastes as beautiful as it looks, the madras is a reminiscent of the cosmopolitan but contains more cranberry and less sour flavoring. Filled with a few servings of fruit, enjoy a madras when you need a little pick-me-up and sugar boost after a long day in the sun!
1 1/2 ounces vodka
3 ounces cranberry juice
1 ounce orange juice
Pour the vodka and cranberry juice into a highball glass.
Top off with an orange juice.

This popular citrus wine spritzer is a light and delicate beverage that is extremely refreshing in the midst of the summer season. It’s a simple cocktail to make and a rewarding treat after a long summer day.
4 oz White Wine
2 oz club soda or sparkling water
Splash of lemon juice
Lemon and lime slices for garnish
Fill glass half-full with ice cubes.
Add lime and lemon juice.
Fill with 2 oz. of club soda or sparkling water.
Garnish with lemon and lime slices.

If you’re looking for a refresher on a hot summer day, the cool, cosmopolitan will not fail. The cocktail is not too tart or overly sweet and is the perfect beverage to prepare for one or a party of people.
1 1/2 oz vodka
3/4 oz triple sec
3/4 oz cranberry juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
Pour the vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and lime juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Stain into a cocktail glass.

The White Lady may look like a delicate cocktail, but she is a strong little lady! Enjoy this simple yet classy beverage , even add a drop of lemon for a sour, summer flavor.
2 oz gin
1 egg white
1 oz light cream
1 tsp superfine sugar
Fill a shaker half-way with ice cubes.
Combine all of the ingredients in the shaker.
Strain into a cocktail glass.

1.5 oz Canadian Club Whisky
2 oz Southern Comfort Peach Liqueur
Fill with Coca-Cola
Splash with Lime Juice
Pour Canadian Club over ice into a cocktail glass.
Add Southern Comfort.
Fill almost full with Coca Cola.
Top with lime juice.
